Officer Bertram’s investigation led to the arrest of Jason Piercy, 37, on multiple charges including: DUI, Violation of a KY EPO/DVO, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Menacing, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of an Open Alcohol Beverage Container in a Vehicle and Failure To or Improper Signal for Turn. The white Toyota Tacoma also matched the description of a vehicle that was involved in complaints of harassment and threatening earlier in the evening on Bell Street. ![]() Monday, September 18, Officer Brandon Bertram conducted a traffic stop on Ridgewood Avenue on a pickup truck for a traffic violation. ![]()
